DENIZ ISBILEN
FOUNDING PARTNER
Deniz Isbilen is a Turkish-qualified lawyer with over 12 years of experience and a Registered Foreign Lawyer (RFL) in England and Wales (regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority). She focuses on corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and cross-border transactions, providing legal advisory services under Turkish, international, and English commercial law. Deniz Isbilen is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (RFL) individually regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). While she personally maintains full SRA registration (SRA Number 7004401), DNZ Consultancy operates as an independent legal consultancy firm (not as a law firm) and does not provide reserved legal activities under the Legal Services Act 2007.
She holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law (Banking and Finance) from City University of London and an LL.B. from Istanbul Bilgi University. She also completed part of her legal studies at Erasmus University Rotterdam as part of an international exchange programme.
Throughout her career, she has advised multinational corporations, investors, boards of directors, and senior executives across a broad range of industries. She has held senior legal and governance positions within international corporate groups and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, strategic investments, commercial contracts, and international expansion projects.
Her experience spans multiple jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, Türkiye, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UAE enabling her to provide commercially focused and practical solutions to businesses operating in an increasingly global environment.
